If all other avenues of legal protest and free speech were taken away and he or she was cheated at every level of the game...gonna be hard for me to convict. If their defense team shows me that they were treated like Trump and they just snapped, I'll buy that...I've been ready to snap too.
Here's the problem with that thinking....the system is broken, and if you're the only person playing by the rules, then the laws only apply to you.
If you purposefully break the system, then they have no choice but to fix it.
