One of the things we must insist on, is we can remove any candidate, including those running the party, at anytime from the party, if they do not follow the platform. I was a low level GOP person in the party for decades and was always frustrated, cause the rank and file were cool people. But the politicians never did what we wanted, and laughed at the platform. And it was nothing but frustration for me, and I stopped helping out at the GOP as they were useless.
