So last February I was on an airplane and I sat next too a civil engineer. We talked about how quickly the Wuhan Hospital went up. He said in years past he had been in China and they have major problems. They cut lots of corners and use subpar materials. His personal opinion was a large portion of their infrastructure will be failing within the next 20 years.
