Actually I can prove the observers were forced to leave. Reporters who worked for mainstream news outlets tweeted out THAT NIGHT that they were told to leave and that counting would resume at 8 AM. The full surveillance video shows the poll workers walking up to the observers, talking to them, and then all the observers and media people got up and left in unison. We also have sworn testimony from people who were there saying they were told to leave. Sworn testimony means they can go to jail if they are proven to be lying. Sworn testimony is admissible in court.

And let's put aside the question of whether or not observers were FORCED to leave or not... We know for a fact they aren't there when these ballots are being ran. The security footage clearly shows a big empty room with just 4 people who were all counting ballots alone. The security footage clearly shows this is happening after midnight.

Let me explain to YOU how the burden of proof works. The burden of proof is on the poll workers to count their ballots in front of observers in order to prove they are legit and nothing illegal is happening. If they are counting with no observers around they are automatically counting illegal ballots, because it's not legal to count without them present.

I don't have to prove those were all fake Biden ballots to prove they are illegitimate. I just have to prove they were counted without observers present, and the security footage clearly shows that.

No certified observers were asked to leave while counting was taking place.

Correct. They stopped counting first, and then asked observers to leave while telling them that counting would resume the next day.

They began counting again ONLY AFTER all the observers (and the vast majority of the poll workers) had left.

Originally there were dozens of people counting, organizing, observing, and reporting. But only when everyone was gone and there were only 4 people left at like 2 AM were these ballots removed from a concealed place and ran through the machines.

And those poll observers signed sworn statements saying they were told to leave. You can see them being told to leave in the video. You can see tweets from reporters who were told to leave.

That's a no then. You're the one making the accusation, which places the burden of proof on you.

The accusation is that they counted ballots without any observers present and that is definitely proven by this video.

They are the ones with the burden of proof so to say, to show the ballots are legitimate, by only counting them in front of observers.

Georgia law § 21-2-408

Please quote to me the specific part of this law that says it's okay to count ballots without observers present, without even giving them to option to be present.

Please quote to me the actual wording of the law that says that's okay. Because I'm not seeing it.
