I believe that no one voted for that ugly piece of shit. In the voting line that was the biggest discussion while waiting. Everyone thought it was ugly as hell. Lots of people were mad that we didn't get a choice of 3 or so.
I really wanted the Wards flag or the Mosquito one but then they went back on their word, again, and had us choose from 10 pre approved ones. The current one was designed by some chick in San Fransico that has never been in the state. I'm for damn sure voting against Hyde Smith, Palazzo, and Reeves.
The mosquito was amazing flag. I would have voted for that one if I was there. But you are right, the new was probably machine picked. No way you get that many made for each government building in that short of time during the hoax virus. The flag was already chosen before the vote.
