Make no mistake, creating a third party is going to be a huge undertaking as you can see with the "fringe" groups like the Green Party making no traction at all. But that's because they created Parties of fringe people on the left and right -- a moderate party would take voters massively from the let AND right.

This will be attacked by every means possible by the two-party system. Because of this, it would need funding and support from out-of-the-system lawyers, people who are retired, for example, who are patriots, who can provide legal assistance to the party to fight all the "legal" attacks it will face and use them to fight instead by filing one political discrimination lawsuit after another back at those using the Judicial Branch, and even the Judicial Branch playing an active role, ins suppressing THE PEOPLE'S rights

Despite all the adversity, I believe more than ever, it is VITALLY needed. Our elected officials no longer represent our country first, which is their responsibility. We've known this for a long time and we keep trying to fight within the two-party system -- but IT has failed THE PEOPLE. Trumps legacy, regardless of impeachment or anything else, will be that he demonstrated THE PEOPLE still have power! We will squander this if we allow the two-party system to do everything they can to destroy this

At first, a new party may not be effective enough to garner massive wins across political positions, however, it can divide the two party vote enough to force elections were candidates don't get enough vote. This alone could help build the platform.

Perhaps they need to be destroyed to get to a better place
