My credentials in this subject are that I am a 2D/3D artist who prides himself in knowing how men and women use different pen/pencil strikes in there works.
Saying that the one on the bottom defiantly looks like a woman's hand writing. I say that because females generally have curvy writing and like to use loops. Its very fluid and there is an effaces on the beauty of the strokes. You can effectively view it a bubbley. Men however use shorter and harsher strokes in there work.
