This is blatantly unconstitutional, only state legislatures have the power to make changes to the voting system. This violates state constitutions. Also, I imagine that much of the bill's provisions could be quickly labelled unconstitutional.

Though, the courts seem to be ready to fuck shit over. I say if they pass this, we are 100% going to have to shoot our way out.
