What would work, I've always believed, is if a crowd a few million strong showed up at the state capitol, walked into the governor's office, grabbed him by his collar, and physically threw him out onto the front lawn. As bad as Newsom is, there are plenty of residents that he has angered, more than the current amount of signatures would reflect, so it's reasonable to think a group this large is possible.
What can they do to stop the people when they come in massive numbers? They can't arrest that many people. They're not gonna harm that many people. Standing up to them is no crime. It is your right and duty to abolish or alter any form of government that does not secure your rights.
Gavin Newsom needs to go. Just get him on the ballot and they will come and vote him out, sure another leftward may replace him, but ousting Newsome will be awesome. I think it will be a bipartisan vote to get rid of him. And that will be at least a skin on these dictator governors taking advantage of the situation and imprisoning their constituents for the shits and giggles. If there is a vote within a few months their antics will be fresh in the mind of the voters. Payback. These dictator governors all plan to clean up their act by November 2022 vote, when covid will be a distant memory.
