We don't necessarily. We don't hate people from Central Africa. However, there is danger there right now. So we do things like give it a Level 4 Travel Advisory and tell people not to go there. Not because it's all bad, but there is a high risk of badness. For the time being.
Your country is your home. Having an immigrant come live there is very much like having a guest come live in your home. It comes with certain responsibilities for the guest, And certain rights for the host. Such as the right to kick you out because you're a drain on their resources, or because they just don't want extra people around them.
The problem is you're acting like letting Africans mass migrate here is okay just because not all of them actually want to kill you.
And the point is that it's actually perfectly reasonable and justifiable to tailor our immigration policies around what OUR CITIZIENS need, not what people in other countries who want to come here need.
And right now, Our citizens need less competition for housing, work, medicine, welfare, etc... Basically everything. Our citizens could use less competition for everything.
So given that, I don't see why we need to be taking any African's, or Honduran's, or Mexican's at all. The fact that some of them will kill citizens is just another reason why we don't need any of them right now.
But why do we have to let them come here if there are butchers in the group that we have to try and weed out, with a less than 100% success rate?

What does not hating someone have to do with making you obliged to invite them to come live in your home?
Like does that mean as long as you don't hate me, I'm entitled to sleep in your living room?
No, I'm not saying that. Also, who said anything about anyone coming to live in your or my home?
What I'm saying is, exercise appropriate practices when danger is afoot. That's fine. Racism would be making blanket statements about all Africans.
