In one locality alone, over 10,000 (highly likely) dead voters were both registered and cast a ballot, and the "fact checkers" found 1 person on the list who was alive and shrugged the rest off saying they won't count it if they're dead - totally unconcerned with 10,000 dead voters actually being a thing. Afterwards, the government website where you could check vote status took down that section so you could no longer look them up.
