As much as I dispise the RNC right now President Trump needs to get going on primarying the rinos out of their seats and that can't be done as a member of the Patriot party.. But to answert the question I would support anything he wanted to do without question. I trust him that much.
We've got much better folks in the wings than the worthless Rinos we've had from 2016 and before. If you can't see folks like Desantis and Noem doing a hell of a job and standing up to the media, while winning, then I don't know what to tell you. Just look at the folks running for president during the primaries in 2016, 2012 and 2008 and how much better of a crop we have. We nearly have pushed the Romney folks out. Toomey is retiring and there's a huge opportunity to get better folks in. It will be an uphill battle, but one the most determined I've seen Republican voters ever try to win. We just have to get into every Republican office we can, especially at the local level.
Also gotta think of the voters. I know for a fact there’s many republican-voters who would be uncomfortable voting for any 3rd party candidate due to the stigma alone that 3rd parties can’t win.
Getting the infrastructure in place would be the toughest part. Think of it like a startup business
You’d need offices across the country, diligent and loyal workers (thorough vetting process), marketing, massive fundraising drives, volunteers to canvas neighborhoods to test the viability of the party in specific local/state/federal districts.
And the 2 most difficult things would be getting a)trustyworthy candidates and b)finding friendly/fair ballot counters to prevent from a rigged vote
I honestly don’t think we could have all that by 2022.
And to put it another way: if a Patriot Party is formed, it would be a GREEN LIGHT for the Democrats to gain even more power. In every state. Because the GOP is the main wall stopping the Democrats complete and lasting take over if this country.
But it would also be lights out for the Right. We can't split the vote like that and just hand government to the Dems for the next decade or two as we fight it out for dominance.
What vote? There is no real voting, that's the point. Dems are going to take the next decade or two anyway. So let's get started with a new party, the hell with the R's, the good ones can switch parties and join us as they should!!!

That said, since con fIicts of interests can be IegaI, there may be such means after all..... They wouldn’t dare fck with that can of worms, anyway, since it means setting the precedent. As far as I know, there is no such thing, and they are too much of a coward to set it themselves. It’s a house of cards.
