Trust me I’d love to, but I’d have to drive down to Vegas if I wanted to shoot a Barrett. No other range in the area would have something like that available for public use, and sadly I have too many other financial priorities right now than to drop $8K on one of my own. I go to Reno/Vegas at least a few times a year though so maybe next time we’ll go find a spot that has some full autos and maybe a Barrett too. Someday...
Vegas is not really a good option as they're a massive ripoff.. a friend of mine went there and said they're charging around 100 bucks just for shooting 4 rounds on the Barrett... there must be a range somewhere at least surrounding your state where you can get the public use .50 at normal prices... And yes, obviously with other financial priorities, purchasing it doesn't make sense... for now lol :D If not, at least a visit to TX would do, or FL... :D

I do have a lot of fam in Florida and had been planning a trip there this year... Makes me wonder if there's anywhere down there that stretches out far enough to actually enjoy it.
Hope you'll get out of commiefornia if you can... Last time I've been there was back in 2016, visiting my my ex's parents with her, and they seemed to be the only conservatives in a 25 mile radius (LA).
I've got a buddy of mine down south in FL, in West Palm Beach, and we did drive for about an hour to a cool little range called Okeechobee Shooting... if you're ever around there, it's worth visiting...
