I'm calling BULLSHIT on this! I grew up in Virginia. You don't take off your sports jacket when taking a walk outside in JANUARY! This looks like LA! NOT DC! It actually snowed there on Saturday! this is so stupid!!!! How do they do such stupid stunts!!! Middle of winter at White House and they are taking a walk on the grounds dressed like that!!! hahahahah Maybe they realize no one is really watching them and so they can put what ever pic they want up ...since so many dems are so stupid and believe their lies!!!
