You can block Google analytics using ad lockers too, set up rules for their scripts and you'll deny them that. For Android, you can flash a custom rom with Google stuff removed like Lineageos and stick with alternative apps and storefronts. It might sound like a lot but it really isn't, and people need to start giving tech giants the middle finger, the less inches you give them, the less miles they can take.
If you still want to use android, consider using Replicant OS, which is developed by GNU and the FSF. It's Android with all the Goolag crap stripped out.
I am personally rooting for Pure OS from Purism for their Librem 5 GNU/Linux phone that comes with killswitches for bluetooth, cellular, wifi, camera, microphone and GPS. Or you could go with the Pinephone which also has killswitches, but are harder to access. You also have to install your own OS for a pinephone.
