22 states and 150 reps + all the AG's....wasn't enough noise?

Refusing to hear the case of at least 100,000,000 Americans means that the courts are illegitimate. Every Man and Woman has the right to their day in court and they denied that right to 100,000,000 people who know they were cheated openly in this election.

They didn't refuse to hear the case, they said Texas didn't have standing. That's bullshit, but as Sidney Powell said, "Someone has standing".

This is a Constitutional issue that everyone has ignored chasing the shiny "fraud!" claims.

There is no doubt many states enacted illegal and unconstitutional voting rules this past election.

There is no doubt that the US Supreme Court, just last October, ruled any and all election laws can only be enacted by state legislature, anything else is in violation of the US Constitution.

The proof of this is self evident. We just have to keep pushing until the right person can get it heard by the Supreme Court. Again "Someone has standing"

By deliberately refusing to hear the case of at least 100,000,000 Americans and going a step further by swearing in the puppet Biden, the Supreme Court and every Justice squatting on a bench there surrendered their Constitutional Authority.

We have a way to by pass their dirty plan for our Nation. Citizen Grand Juries.

No. More importantly, it wasn’t expensive enough.

Too much. It's the Small Claims Court of the United States from now on.

rioting, burning everything in sight, shooting people, and looting for several months in all the big cities may have done the trick

edit: not that I'm advocating any such thing

Anyone remember how Brian Kemp, governor of Georgia's daughter's boyfriend died from an apparent carb bomb at the absolute peak of the voter fraud scrutiny?

Edit: I meant car bomb, not carb bomb

Yeah I’m not sure if the courts are corrupt or the judges don’t want their families killed like the one who took the Epstein case.

Phrazel 6 points ago +6 / -0

That was the weirdest thing too. The day after he said he would call a special session...BOOM....immediately changed his mind. Sounds like a crazy movie.

PapaPepe 4 points ago +4 / -0

He was also Loeffler's staffer. He got killed as a 2 for 1 package deal for intimidation

4
Megascandal 4 points ago +4 / -0

and then the GBI guy on the case died from I think suicide.

Bonami 8 points ago +8 / -0

No, not about noise, about something a lot more sinister.

These people are owned. And only removing them will change anything.

4
barkbarkbark6 4 points ago +4 / -0

the NWO oligarchs have some real scary hitmen who know how to make it look like an accident. People in power probably get visits periodically from these people and reminded how they should vote.

3
Bonami 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes, definitely. These guys are all about the terror.

When that boy who was dating, was it a governor's daughter, was killed and the cop investigating the death was also killed, THAT was the NWO saying "You're next."

And the message was heard loud and clear.

Court is stacked with negligent cowards. Swamp rats in robes.

3
Gadsden 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don't think it had anything to do with that. I think it was the excuse, but not the actual reason.

3
Comanche_Moon 3 points ago +3 / -0

They should put out milk cartons with the words "Missing. Justice. Has anyone seen me?"

3
Munnyhunny 3 points ago +3 / -0

You’re still buying that? You still think they fear BLMtifa? Lmao

3
Fallingshadow 3 points ago +3 / -0

The Supreme Court is an illegitimate institution. If they can't resolve controversies then they are worthless.

3
Kaarous 3 points ago +3 / -0

Every bit as much as the media, the judiciary is the enemy of the people. John Marshall was a goddamn traitor.

We The People can convene many, many Grand Juries and task them to investigate Election Fraud in any State, to investigate those who are fighting so hard to deny us a fair and open audit of the 2020 election, of Big Tech role in manipulating our election, and anything else we might want looked at to re-assure ourselves that the 2020 election met our Constitutional Standards.

Justice Scalia said this in his land mark ruling:

“[R]ooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history,” the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It ” ‘is a constitutional fixture in its own right.’ In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people.

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia ruled in the landmark case of United States v. Williams, https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremecourt/text/504/36

Barrett needs to be grabbed by the hair and smacked across her stupid fucking face a few times.

1
Ridiculous-Bullshit 1 point ago +1 / -0

Barrett is one of the three I think can be counted on. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are flakes. And especially Kavanaugh should know better.

1
BobBlackwood 1 point ago +1 / -0

She voted not to hear it.

1
Ridiculous-Bullshit 1 point ago +1 / -0

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it was unanimous right? So, Thomas also voted not to hear it. This suggests that there weren't four votes, so since it wasn't getting heard anyway, they presented a united front. It doesn't tell you how Thomas, Alito, or one other felt about it.

1
NoFucks2Give 1 point ago +1 / -0

Why would they need to present a unified front?

Either they have convictions by which they hold to, or they subsume their convictions to some imagined fears of what not presenting a unified front would do.

And pray tell, what WOULD it do if, say, Thomas let it be known he voted to hear it. The rest of the judges would ban him from their break room? The silent treatment?

Or it would fuel fraud allegations? Oh no, no judge wants to let the facts create ramifications! Better to just shit on your own integrity and convictions than to have......gasp.....ramifications!

peltast 1 point ago +1 / -0

Try this: "We are a corrupt court, and will rule and hear cases based on how much money you pay, and on how much we can get from you."

Just a thought.

1
Patriot_Lettuce 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's it, we've had enough!

It's time to call Judge Judy!

1
fdagasfd 1 point ago +1 / -0

Even that's bullshit. They weren't afraid. They can put down the antifa/BLM riots whenever they want.

1
Tacosalad67 1 point ago +1 / -0

They refuse all 2A cases. They allow infringements to continue, they are useless.

BoDude2020 1 point ago +1 / -0

SCOTUS sucks Roberts being the Biggest suck ever, They should rename it Supreme Joke of The US . That's what Roberts did to it. I changed parties from Democrat to republican because of Kavanaugh the way the democrats treated him. I did vote for President Trump 2016 the best vote I ever cast.
