I say you can't hijack something if you own it and you're saying yes you can because the "spirit of the domain" has been hijacked. That makes no sense, the content was just moved because the people who moved it don't own the previous domain. This is the part that I don't get that you don't understand. You agree he owns the domain.
I get the gist of what happened. I'm here basically every day. I simply don't see the big deal other than sour grapes.
