My lawyer friend said there is no legal precedent because nothing this insane has ever happened. But fraud is fraud and it could pave the way. the idea of Quo Warranto may apply. Here's and explanation. https://naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com/2021/01/12/quo-warranto-the-two-words-biden-pelosi-fear-most/

How do we get organized and help make this happen?

Call the republican legislators in the state and request and audit. Tell them you will work with opposing candidates during the primary of 2022 if they don't comply.

Make a post about this and I think you will get even better ideas.

I'm not a legal pede. But when this question was posed to John Eastman, he said there is currently no constitutional remedy, but that since we are in completely uncharted waters, anything is possible. I took a small bit of comfort in that. Lol.

I remember Ted Cruz was asked the question on the Verdict podcast with Michael Knowles a few months before the election. His opinion was if fraud was discovered after the inauguration that would have overturned the results, there is no Constitutional remedy other than impeachment and removal of the candidates that benefited from the fraud.

I would hope it wouldn't be the only remedy because we know that the Uniparty Congress would only impeach and remove Biden and let Kamala move up to president, then leave her in place. That solution wouldn't give Trump his rightful second term.

Both would be removed. They were on the same ticket. She could not preside over the impeachment due to conflict of interest.

That's the way I understand it. Delegates don't even have to follow the vote, right? They're just going to argue that they made a decision based on the best evidence at hand, at the time. Impeachment would be the only way to remove.

Yeah but the dems are in charge of WH, House and Senate, so what difference would it make?

I made a video on why Trump supporters protested featuring the Fulton County Georgia story. I've used it to redpill relatives who were on the fence, check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYrk8gnD5Fw
