What's ironic is that the people of color who claim there is white privelege, systemic racism, and suppression of minorities are the ones who hold elite positions of power, wealth, and/or fame, and are generally much more successful than the vast majority of white people.
... Maybe because some individuals clearly can not identify as white due to their skin tones (or vice versa). Hence the argument of "White Privilege" (or to branch off "Black Lives Matter"). Because naturally if they claim they are "White" and are clearly "Brown" they will be committing double sided social suicide. Whites will not accept them, and "X" other culture will not accept them. This of course depends on demographics/regions, etc. This particular thing is one of the rare places you can evaluate there being a sort of sociological problem in our society. This also applies to Black Lives Matter. A lot of Bi-Racial individuals are shunned by Black cultures, unless it benefits them. Similar happens in White cultures and their acceptance of Bi-Racial individuals. I am not by any means saying I believe in the idea of White Privilege, Black Lives Matter, etc. What I am saying is there absolutely are some real problems that plague our society on both an individual scale and a societal scale. I don't want to adopt labels, yet accepting there are real problems and understanding that bias to such problems is not a solution its an accelerant... Meh.
All the black people at the university I went to had a full ride(as long as they made decent grades), based on being black, while I, a white male, had to take out loans....
Most of them never went to class, and dropped out.
I finished.
Now I'm in debt, and they got to fuck around for a ear or two for free, without paying it back.

What can happen is that in black communities, if you are mixed like I am, it's an easier path to take because naturally people want to fit in.
