Most of the violence is from 40 U.S. Code 5104 (c) https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/40/5104 which is merely just entering the Capitol. There are a few assaults. Emmanuel Jackson (from MD) assaulted someone with a baseball bat. That seems to be the worse case. Who is he? He reportedly said, "I'm not here for Trump."
Unfortunately the media and Congress have labelled this as even worst than 911 and the normie sheep are believing them.
