When you realize that's a function of the vote stealing algo, it all makes sense. When they steal votes some of them come from another district. So dems in another district lose votes. It's how they keep recounts targeted in certain areas from catching the fraud.
I don't think a few seats going red was part of their plan. Trump won so big he broke the algorithm. They got sloppy, they got caught.... and then no one did anything.
But you have to ask, how many other elections did they rig at the same time that we don't even have a clue about?
