Voting is not the answer, and as much as i hate to say this violence isn't the answer either... yet. Wait. first, we have to just not comply. It is when they try to use violence to compel you to comply when you bring violence. We didn't just shoot the british, first we just ignored them. But when they tried to enforce their illegal acts with violence, that is when we got violent. be patient pedes. Soon the boom boom's begin, but not yet.
One is Satyagraha: Civil disobedience and nonviolent resistance. Ghandi made use of this. For Americans I think it would be not wearing masks or distancing, holding marches where they're not allowed to, having non-PC rallies and many other things. It will result in arrests, job loss, and jail time. But once free, you go right back out there and do it again.
Another is legal harassment. Look up the history of Scientology and how they hired P.I.'s, rent-a-mobs, PR firms and actors to go after their enemies. Their lives and the lives of their friends and families were made unbearable...but it was all 100% legal. They even got the IRS off their backs that way!
The media won't portray civil disobedience in a good light, which ruins the whole point. Legal harassment doesn't work either, because not only are we not unified, the economy is shit and (most importantly) the courts are the enemy.
There's a reason the Patriots didn't use these options against the Brits, and instead opted for violence, threats, and shows of force even before the Boston Massacre.

There are two other responses I can think of:
