Bloody Apple updated my IPhone although the update setting was turned off. They did it during the night, slyly, while my phone was charging. What does that change for me again? I remember you guys saying not to do it.

  1. you shouldn't be using apple products
  2. you should have disabled updates back when they implemented contact-tracing infrastructure, your location is shared with any app or entity wanting it 'for health reasons' - which of course will become, if you've been in the vicinity of any group they decide to go after, whether it be Christians or anything over 5 people
  3. turning off emergency alerts, because they thought Trump would use, and the military or anyone still can and you would miss actual emergency warnings like tornadoes, riot alerts, flu alerts and mass shootings. For the latter, though, you might be able to keep up with Casting Calls for specifically crisis actors such as the upcoming event in Las Vegas Jan 26,28 or 30th. https://archive.is/h8y0h
