Votes don't matter when it comes to the GOP and DNC, this last election made that blatantly clear. You're talking about siphoning off votes like it means something. So what if votes are siphoned? It's obvious they'll just cook out more ballots to balance whatever gap needs filling.
You might still be able to determine the smaller elections depending on where you live and what system of voting is in place, but the national presidential election, by far, is a complete fucking sham.
