Republicans don't have the House or Senate, and yet they are proceeding with the impeachment. They are only doing this because they know it has no chance of every making it past the first vote.
Don't give them your praise, don't give them your gratitude. This is another one of those "strongly worded letters."
It serves to create favorable public knowledge and to slow down the House and Senate from doing damage by considering other things. It is great.
