Imagine. New York state fucking plateaus for months while the entire state is on lockdown. But "MUH CASES! MUH CASES!" Meanwhile the death rate stagnates.

Chicago has seen about 9k COVID deaths. 9 thousand. Yup. Locking down the 3rd most populated city in the US for a (no disrespect to those who died) measly 9k deaths. Ridiculous.

I would wager that actual deaths from COVID in that time period in Chicago are actually 1/10 of the reported figure. And that estimate is high. I deliberately made it high because of demographic factors that I'm aware of which make certain groups more vulnerable. I've spent a lot of time educating people in those groups as to how and why to protect themselves. BTW, I'm a NYC resident. I could not care less about COVID. It is a non issue with normal precautionary measures taken. I wear a fake mask so I don't get hassled. For months I would even wear a damn mask but I got tired of being hassled. I still won't wear it when I walking around in the street or while doing work. And most of the people I work with don't wear it either.

We're in similar buckets. I'm so sick of seeing every person wearing a mask either alone in their car or with absolutely no one around them while walking around. This is so fucking retarded.

At our last health board meeting there was a discussion on the large spike in deaths in December. Our county went from 3 all year to 49 in just a few weeks. It seemed rather odd to me and allowed for some super commie regulations to be put in place with almost no one fighting back. Turns out it hit a few nursing homes in the county. But the public was never told this so everyone thinks there’s some new super deadly strain going around and we are all gonna die if we do anything.

How many flu deaths this year where you live? If you take the average flu deaths from past 10 years and subtract from covid that’s an eye opening stat.

They won't report on flu deaths anymore at the health board meetings, imagine that.

Want to do something really fun w this data? Adjust for 90% false positives due to CT of 40 (this is the amplification setting that makes any virus dead or alive show a “positive covid” test). The fraud who now comes out and admits the need for clinical confirmation, symptoms AND a second test to confirm! Then adjust for only 6% of that adjusted number for COVID ONLY deaths. Per cdc also comorbidities like cancer and actual heart attacks died “with covid” are all counted. Fun fact, George Floyd was required by law (cdc and federal mandate to hospitals) to be counted as a covid death! I’d love to see your charts adjusted for both!

These are deaths, not cases.
