The Congress, Governors and Courts Greatly interfered with Trump's ability to carry out the duties of his office when he was president. They are also interfering with his right to run as president again. They interfered with his rights to present evidence of election fraud, in which he did in fact have standing--despite what judges say--because he was directly harmed by the fraud.

So there are at least three claims of injury.

42 U.S. Code § 1985.Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights

If two or more persons in any State or Territory conspire to prevent, by force, intimidation, or threat, any person from accepting or holding any office, trust, or place of confidence under the United States, or from discharging any duties thereof; or to induce by like means any officer of the United States to leave any State, district, or place, where his duties as an officer are required to be performed, or to injure him in his person or property on account of his lawful discharge of the duties of his office, or while engaged in the lawful discharge thereof, or to injure his property so as to molest, interrupt, hinder, or impede him in the discharge of his official duties;

I bet you can think of several situations where the congress, or governors interfered with President Trump's actions that were within his purview

Now people say "sovereign immunity". Here's what the speech or debate clause ((Article I, Section 6, Clause 1)) of the US Constitution says about THAT:

The clause states that members of both Houses of Congres...shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their attendance at the Session of their Respective Houses, and in going to and from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.

42 USC 1985 conspiracy to interfere with civil rights is a FELONY (federal crime or major state crime designated as a felony), and therefore these Congresspersons are NOT immune to prosecution for these claims against them.
