Had a relative receive a mandatory survey from his work with his name on it and HR keeps a record of it and they want you to indicate if you and your spouse are willing to take the vaccine or not... is that a Hippa violation since they are asking about your healthcare?

Except the Libertarian notion that a company (like a woman) has the right to choose.

Once you control the madam, you control all whores. If a whore goes against the madam, the pimp has five fingers across the eyes, to help her get right with the 'plan' and what to decide.

Nicely illustrated point. Spot on... maybe look for a new of work? Create and sell something? You know like America used to do better than anyone else on earth!

Now that we have established what we all are, it comes down to negotiating the price. Get it in the record, yeah I’m willing, for 5times the pay.

I would answer that I haven't decided.

Not a lawyer, but how about something like "I have made my decision with the input of my doctor. That communication is now protected by HIPPA law"

No its not. Skirted the law with the word "willing ". If they used the word : going " then might be.
