Like every "Conspiracy Theory" to come before it, an organization or group will form around the most absurd and/or easily disprovable version of that theory in order to discredit and hide the reality.

The reality was they never needed to hide the satanic messaging in some obscure form that you would never see or hear unless specifically looking for it. It's always been everywhere.

They are all over the place. Billboards, business logos, everywhere. Saw it a lot in metal music recently before the plandemic. Odd.

Always have been.

I'm old enough to remember the PMRC, run by Tipper Gore.

based on what we know now, i'd say the only degeneracy that tipper experienced was from her sex-poodle husband. rock 'n roll must have felt fairly clean after exposure to that creepy sob.

Sex poodle. Lol. The Donald is back.

It was hilarious when Dee Snider from Twisted Sister testified before congress and basically accused Tipper Gore of having a dirty mind in front of the entire world. Al Gore looked like he wanted to hit Snider.

I don't want to give too much credence to the Satanic Panic but considering how far our culture has devolved into degeneracy (and the fact that actual Satanic messages have actually been put into music) I might say that they were on to something.

Do you know the difference between satanism and materialism? Because that group calling themselves the church of satan sure doesn't.

The satanic panic wasn't a real movement, it was subverted to target the most ridiculous things they could specifically to discredit itself.

  • "You're just a bunch of crazy people [all Christians] if you [a small group] are going around playing rock n roll backwards to try and find something to complain about."
  • "If the only satanism in rock n roll is playing two specific songs backwards no one is even going to hear it, what's the big deal?"

Probably the last vestiges of the satanic panic was the boycott Harry Potter movement. I thought it was crazy too, I read the first book and thought it was trash, but I didn't see any satanism.

Then again, what were they saying at the time? "It's going to rot the moral foundation of an entire generation" right? What book do nearly all of these blue haired leftists treat like their personal bible again?

Correct. The actual 'tenants' of satanism are pretty much identical to so called materialism. Both put 'self' and the pursuit of worldly pleasure as the central purpose of life. The only real difference is that one of them admits who they actually serve, while the other attempts to remain ignorant or simply lies to hide the truth.

The modern 'church of satanism' started passing themselves off as a bunch of materialists who use the name satanism ironically about 10-15 years ago. It spread across social media like wildfire. It drew in a lot of self centered hedonists who went on to form the foundation of the antifa/communist movement in the US.

Great and simple explanation of why people hear things that are not there (good to remember next time Biden mumbles): https://youtu.be/8T_jwq9ph8k?t=564

Don’t forget it was Dee Snider assisted by John Denver, who defeated the PMRC who wanted to suppress freedom of speech lead by Al Gore’s wife, Tipper Gore...They’ve been at this a long time.

Did not defeat. Settled for a parental warning label.

Looks like priming - even when intentional there’s no evidence people subconsciously listen, hear, or do anything.

They used this "theory" and a couple of dumb heshers with poor judgment to try to ban metal music. The PMRC et al was pure evil.

I remember when Judas Priest got sued because a pair of parents claimed that subliminal messages in the band's songs forced their kid to commit suicide. Rob Halford, the band's vocalist, said "If we could make our fans do as we say by subliminal messages, why would we tell them to kill themselves? We'd tell them to buy more of our records."

Tipper Gore, the lady behind the Satanic Panic, is married to Al Gore. They were always the church ladies.

Imagine Dragons is satanic. If you look at the lyrics to a lot of their songs, it's obvious. Their Thunder music video is also very satanic. Groups just do it out in the open now.

Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Beyonce, Jay-Z, Imagine Dragons all came up in my research.

You mean a moral panic.

How many of y'all forget that Al Gore's wife, Tipper, was leading the anti first amendment radical group PMRC back in the 80's? The left hand always wanted censorship.

borscht-nazi 1 point ago +1 / -0

It has existed in this shape for decades, nothing new about it.
