Have you looked at your local library? Most now partner with bigger organizations to distribute all sorts of electronic books (both audio and e-books).
It is the best time of the year to buy a new TV since sales always go up before the Superbowl and the big box companies still have to compete with each other for the time being. Though that may change if fewer and fewer people actually watch the game. Also it will change if we are reduced to one or two big box stores like Wal-Mart and Target.
I use my TV as a computer monitor. Don't need a new one. Most new TVs are surveillance equipment now, anyway. If it's a "smart" tv, or has Alexa on it, fuck that noise.
I jumped off the "bigger, better" train a while ago. There's no movies or shows worth spending the money for 4K or whatever the new "tv hotness" is. Or spending money to buy streaming apps from companies that hate me because of who I voted for.
There are still some big names buying their traditional time, granted. M&M’s, TurboTax, Anheuser-Busch, Toyota, Pringles, and Mountain Dew have already ponied up $5.5 million per spot.
Still some need to learn... please teach them, somehow.
I love football and I'm a long suffering Browns fan but I haven't watched pro football since they sold us out to the Marxists and Gender Deniers two years ago. Having said that, this is a yuge win for normal people.
There's still a whole world behind the Super Bowl ad thing - it's now the traditional time advertisers and their ad agencies try to win awards, it's more of an Oscars for advertising while a football game is played. They pay 5 million for the ad space and millions more for the ad itself so they can have a shiny trophy on the CEO's shelf, and the ad agencies can boost their fees when they win.
Even with lowered viewership, it's still one of the biggest captive audiences for Big Ad all year.
I can't understand why people like sportsball. I never could, but now it's even MORE obnoxious than ever. How is it fun to watch a bunch of retarded ball-chuckers prance around the field in matching outfits, grabbing each other's heavily padded bodies, then celebrating that they moved an oblong air sac into a rectangular shape on the field like they're the fucking second coming of Christ? You couldn't PAY ME to enjoy that shit.
Don’t watch the super bowl. Turn off your tv.

Also, don’t watch any sports, they have all cucked to the left. And use this list to boycott people and companies. https://archive.is/12mtO

UFC is still based. Some good patriots in there
I like how UFC scheduled a special Wednesday Fight Night and the Main Card began at 12pm EST on January 20th.
Wasn't there something else happening at 12pm EST on Jan 20? Hard to remember but I think there was...
LOL I'm fairly certain Fight Night had better viewership.
Pirate the audio books
New Balance is made in the USA. Not sure of their politics tho...

New Balance. I have a pair of Asics that I love but not sure about them other than they are Japanese. They are not on this list at least.
Don't know about audiobooks as I've never had a use for them.
New Balance.

Why own a tv?

AB is no longer an American company. Some dude in Belgium is making those decisions these days.

Super ^This.
Rookie. I haven't had my television on since Nov 4th.
FUVK THEM ALL!
The advertisers know the viewership will be down this year compared to previous years.

Exactly correct, do not turn it on, don't talk about it, I agree - don't even check for 'updates online' either.
