There is no remedy through the courts. The courts can't remove Biden. There is no "case" to take. There is no constitutional remedy outside of impeachment and the chain of command that follows.
The only constitutional remedy we had to the fraudulent election was the decertification of the vote.
That didn't happen.
No the only remedy that exists is to refuse to vote for the politicians who refused to represent you. That is literally the last tool in your belt other than leaving the union.
If you didn't come to this conclusion by this analysis on your own, you've been deluding yourself. You're still high on hopium, that someone is coming to save you, and some person is going to make some decision somewhere and right all the wrongs. That's not the way this works. Come to grips with reality. Clear your head and see where we're at. Then you can think clearly and make a plan.
