The QAnon folks actually have good arguments but they lack facts and evidence to make their theories evolve into something real. US Constitution, Art.1 Sec. 9 is for Marshall Law. Posse Comitatus Act, not Constitution but constitutional, allows military involvement only if approved by Congress. FEMA, which is constitutional, is broad strokes approved by Congress and DC is currently a FEMA camp. Trump v. Boockvar (PA Case) is ongoing but SCOTUS was silent about it over the weekend.
