If it's proven Biden/Harris are frauds then the inauguration is invalid, meaning the Constitutional procedure would incomplete despite the Jan 20th deadline and Trump would have to be sworn in the morning after Biden is forced marched out in handcuffs.

Of course, this is only possible with massive sustained ground support that dwarfs and drowns out any Neo Pravda attempts to frame the narrative. Public perception needs to be shifted away from "questioning election results threatens democracy" to "challenging election results is a healthy part of our adversarial legal system and is required to maintain faith in election integrity."

Can you please site what article in the constitution supports your thesis? The only way they can be removed CONSTITUTIONALLY is impeachment, which, with the current crop of House legislators will not happen. The opportunity for the IA sailed on Jan 6. No doomer shill here, check my posts. But please, provide more information if you have it concerning the removal of Biden/Harris within the parameters of your argument so that we all can base our activities going forward on real actionable facts. Believe me, I wish this was true but it simply isn't according to my reading of the constitution.

Are you suggesting that the only method of overturning an UNCONSTITUTIONAL act is to follow CONSTITUTIONAL procedures? That's some incredibly naive reasoning. With logic like that opposing them, it's no wonder they were able to cheat their way in.

Naive reasoning or not, it's how our legal system works. Election regulations not being followed can't cancel the Biden presidency at this point. Only proving the actual fraud that followed from those regulations not being followed might give you a shot (but unprecedented, so who knows), and the bar to prove fraud is very high.
