I actually was responding to your doomer comment.

But to respond to your first comment about the counting, constitutional scholars will debate for years the actions of the Senate, specifically traitor Pence's actions. I call him a traitor because he didn't do what he was asked by his president to do which was wait until the contested states were settled out. However, what Pence did was constitutional in his actions. What President Trump was asking Pence to do was also constitutional but Pence decided he didn't want to pursue that avenue. Nothing I have said misrepresents the Constitution. You are correct that the Constitution isn't a step by step how to, otherwise there would't be any room for interpretation. My argument is that the remedy is in the State Legislatures who are constitutionally mandated to send the Electors to be counted. This was Trumps argument all along that the STATES sort this out and have the Constitutionally mandated counter, the President of the Senate, VP Pence, allow time to do that. As it stands now, it is not a Constitutional function to have the Federal government sort this out. Let me also reiterate that SCOUTS did not fulfill their Constitutional duty when they rejected the Texas case for no standing as the SCOTUS has supreme and only power to decide cases of State vs. State. Alito and Thomas also did not fulfill their duty when they refused to order an injunction to halt the process to allow the STATES to sort this out. That last bit was my opinion but you get the idea.

We are closer in thought than you give me credit for. Downvote me if you want but I'm trying to convey that it's US, We The People who have the control and it starts local, in your county or parish, local school board or state government. Get on those people who aren't MAGA and get involved. Don't wait. Anything done can be undone, it just takes the will to do it.

As i said to someone else, we are on the same side. We can debate the finer points but the goal is the same, to MAGA and I know your heart is in the right place and I am happy that we can talk like this and get our views out. Carry on the good fight Pede.

You're wrong that there is no remedy. The Constitution is to be followed. It doesn't bind those who are trying to follow it from following it just because some fake, formal appearance of its letter has been adhered to.

I tried to be nice and end on a high note and say I agreed with you several times in my last post. Why do you want to troll? If the Constitution is to be followed, as you say, then please, tell me, at this point in time, what EXACTLY can happen constitutionally that will give us all satisfaction? I'll wait for a clear answer and if it's there I'll say I'm wrong. Maybe, just maybe the lawsuits going through the corrupt courts will yet yield some fruit, but frankly, if they do, we are in uncharted Constitutional waters, deeper than we are now.

Congress or SCOTUS both have the power to nullify the Electoral Count / Election on the grounds that it is unconstitutional. They are very, very unlikely to do so, but it is in their power.
