Hey, I love a good debate and no one is wrong in this case. I see your side, I always did but there is always another side that can be valid in some cases. I can see your point that it does side step the crux of the question which is why I say that SCOTUS violated their oath because my understanding is they have supreme power to decide State vs. State cases. As I said above, I think Alito and Thomas also violated their oath by not issuing an injunction to halt the process, especially since PA snubbed Alito's ORDER to separate the ballots.
