You're wrong that there is no remedy. The Constitution is to be followed. It doesn't bind those who are trying to follow it from following it just because some fake, formal appearance of its letter has been adhered to.

Maybe, just maybe the lawsuits going through the corrupt courts will yet yield some fruit, but frankly, if they do, we are in uncharted Constitutional waters, deeper than we are now.
Congress or SCOTUS both have the power to nullify the Electoral Count / Election on the grounds that it is unconstitutional. They are very, very unlikely to do so, but it is in their power.
