3 of his cases (from pa) were supposed to be put in “conference” which means scotus every couple of weeks talks abt a bunch of cases that made it to their docket but never made it to court.
If they don’t get to a case in their conference discussion, very small percentage there do get discussed, the remaining cases get automatically denied. So my assumption is that they’ll just get denied.
