Shit, if you think this is weird wait until you encounter ABDL adult babies. Their motivaiton isn't paedophilia, it's often a weird fucked up plea for the unconditional love and attention that babies receive. Similarly this guy may just be reacting at a subconscious level to the way everybody is nice to young girls, and wants people to be nice to him too.
Or he may be a raging pervert looking to brutally rape small boys. Who knows. Since most of those raging perverts look 'normal' it feels reasonable to give him the benefit of the doubt until additional evidence is available.
