That Patriot Part has definitely been submitted to the FEC. It would be great if Trump played a part in it, but even if he doesnt, that is good as well.

At first i thought Trump had to be behind the Patriot Party for it to work.

But if for some reason, he didnt play any part in it, thats okay, because then it will be truly off the people.

All i know is, the Party is now for all purposes official, at least in terms of the legalities and the paperwork being filed.

Whether Trump is or isnt part of it, we will have to wait and see. I for one hope he does get behind it. With him leading it, millions will sign up to it. Without him, i fear it will be like the Tea Party that ultimately was without a leader and died out.

Assimilation occurs. When one party sees massive decline, they abdicate and often jump ship. This is how the Republican Party was born to begin with.

3rd party isn't to create a triad in American politics - its to force the closest aligning group to finally adapt to the prevalent views of the people they once represented.
