Takes money to fund virus research and then collude on its release to capitalize on new vaccine and treatments.
Fauci via NIH circumvented the Obama admin restriction on this type of research (gain of function). They funded the research via other entities during this time - trace the grants back to Fauci authorization, and one of those subs subbed it out yet further (same grant) and contracted with the WUHAN lab to carry it out.
Typical 'plausible deniability' arrangements, but the NIH grants don't lie. Fauci is 100% complicit on the underlying research here that created the frankenstein virus.
Whether it was released intentionally or accidentally escaped the lab is up to debate, but the origins of the virus is settled science.
