We have a job candidate who worked from community college to where she is now over the last 15 years in the same field, and recently got her bachelor degree in 2020. My colleagues are trying to go with another candidate cal who graduated directly from college and worked for Morgan Stanley. As someone with 3 degrees, give me someone with grit and experience regardless of school papers any day. I couldn’t get my professional licenses without these degrees but my knowledge surely didn’t come from school.
