What a joke! Can’t save face now, you’ve all been exposed. Nothing you can say or do will ever be believed again. That’s how I feel. Trust gone!

Trying to save grace after participating in a coup, is just such an act of a criminal

It's another uniparty sham.

Whip up just enough Republican outrage to make it look like they're making a legitimate stand but of course not enough to win.

It's all bullshit and I wish people would finally get it.

You're being played yet again.

We need to hold our representatives feet to the fire, but our hands are tied.

I don't think there is any path provided by the constitution for recalling US senators, (except in the case of breaking some laws), but if your republican senator get's this impeachment trial vote wrong, call local state legislature representative to legislate for sanctions against those senators.

States could create state laws that penalizes a senator at the state level for failing to resign in a period of time after some sort of public in state vote calling for the state senator to resign. Potentially even subjecting to jail time for failure to resign.

Any legal/constitution experts please chime in.
