I know a lot of us normal, non-law people are excited about this for the same reason as stated in that tweet, but surely, if a bunch of regular people have thought of it, Dominion has, too. They’re not just going to go headfirst into a lawsuit and then be surprised when discovery happens. Right? I mean, I’d love for us to have a chance to lay it all out there—I just don’t think this is that chance. They’ll either have already covered it up, or know that our justice system is so corrupt, that it wouldn’t matter if a dead body weighted-down with dominion voting machines in the Allegheny surfaced during discovery. 🤷🏼♀️

If they are suing because they’ve had months to wipe the evidence and because they have powerful DNC 0bama money and law firms taking on brave patriots. One gentlemen patriot was a CEO of his own start up, I forget his name, he was forced to step down from his own company for exposing the fraud, then he was banned from Twitter, his last post on Parler was one that said he was being sued by Dominion. Big Tech kills your voice and then the Deep State kills your income. They sue you to crush and to silence you.

Of course they have. Everyone here thinking this is some sort of slam-dunk to take down Dominion are the same people who would buy oceanfront property in Colorado.
Dominion is a multi-million dollar company. They're not going to dive headfirst into a defamation suit if they think it's going to hurt their bottom line.
The truth of the matter is that Dominion has a good case. Guilliani (and Powell, who was sued separately) made very serious claims. They did not have the evidence showing ballots actually being changed (and no folks, some guy doing a statistical analysis on Twitter is not the same as actual evidence of their claims). Even in discovery, this is dangerous.
What if Guilliani took his "evidence" and ask other experts to corroborate it, and they came back and said it's bullshit? That's something that absolutely could come out in discovery, and would then put a red mark right on him for pushing a dubious if not outright false claim.
I am not usually a betting man but I will say this - IF this gets close to trial, Guilliani and Powell will settle. The reason is very simple - IF they had the evidence showing this fraud (as they claimed...), where is it? Why wasn't it shown in court? The one case where they used the Dominion system as a point in the lawsuit, the court asked them to show them the evidence of votes being changed and they couldn't show it.
Counter argument to this would be: Why did Giuliani and Powell risk a lawsuit with Dominion KNOWING that a defamation case would eventually come to fruition?
Three of the most brilliant lawyers (the above + Wood) put their lives/careers on the line to fight for the truth. They had to expect this is all I'm saying...
I think knowing that SCOTUS was compromised and Alito/Thomas were the only Judges willing to look at the evidence was disheartening to Trump.
You can't do much when SCOTUS won't view the evidence.

Guilliani reportedly wanted to charge Trump $20k/day for representation. Plus all of the earned media on OAN, Newsmax, etc .
Wood is still out there making crazy claims (like about Justice Roberts) that he has provided absolutely ZERO proof for. I'm not going to take his word on anything when he's calling Roberts an Epstein-friendly, child trafficking pedophile. You can't just make shit up and expect reasonable people to believe it without evidence.
Ultimately, I think it was grift, the lime-light, and the adoration of Trump. Even Powell got laughed out of the White House in the final weeks, with even Trump reportedly calling her fucking crazy.
Yet no lawsuits have been filed against Lin...until they are filed I'll believe his accusations.
He posted the emails from Pence/Ryan on their strategy for Trump. I believe he has evidence. The Roberts thing is tricky as pedophilia is hard to prove without getting yourself in trouble, right?
I don't know. These are three highly intelligent people who knew the consequences of their actions. It's hard for me to believe they'd destroy their lives without knowing the truth.

Every case was dismissed on procedural grounds; no evidence has ever been presented to a court.
