Off Facebook activity is being tracked. If you or your family have it installed it is automatically on. It can be turned off but it is naturally on. Tell your family and friends!!!!

But the point of this post is to highlight that when you aren't on facebook, they are still collecting information about you and saving it to your profile. All those "Share" buttons are really cross site miners that mine your data on other websites. Share buttons are just about everywhere. Also anyone who advertises on Facebook needs to install "Pixel" in order to measure the effectiveness of that advertisement. It's basically tracking you everywhere.
I disabled fb (and many others) app in my phone completely when I bought it but then again I don't use fb anyway. Using brave for mobile and deleted all things google. Meticulous to do but disabled all permissions from anything not directly related to calls/texts. I wonder how long we'll have that ability.
As a note, I still have Facebook for limited uses and the main one being red pilling my wife's family and friends. I only really go on it "stir the pot" when they post stupid shit or the red pilling as mentioned above.

Finally got my husband to disable FB (he never used may account but was admin for a local vet org) and now its bricked our sons VR set.
Fuck FB and Fuck Oculus

TLDR: Edit your host file. Copy and paste all of the FB domains into the Host file. Save and exit host file. (Done)
Turned this off and it still says: "We'll still receive activity from the businesses and organizations you visit."

So it's not just "stay off facebook"
They still collect info on you even if you NEVER had a FB account as long as you visited a page that has their FB icon & coding embedded.

This is nothing new. Ten years ago you'd hit the back button on your browser and find a ridiculously long list of Facebook tracking links.
