That warning sign appears to be for dry ice or other sub-zero coolant. They probably have (or “had”) some supercooled hardware on-site since that was allegedly a main fiber hub.

Flash point <73F? Check

Non-reactive but unstable when heated? Check

Don’t use water? Check

And the health hazard is 3 because solid CO2 can cause severe burns, and the gas form can suffocate you in high concentrations.

Just my theory anyway.
