The tests are completely inaccurate and worthless as diagnostic tools, so we have no idea if more or less people have Covid-19. He's just opening it to make people "glad" to have Biden.

All you can do to determine if Covid cases are worse or not is to look and see how many people are in the ICU with Covid symptoms.
