Fasciculations have been a 24/7 resident for 4.5 years, though they are worse with bad dietary choices or illness. The heart is worse with bad diet, poor sleep, and illness. Only other thing I can think of is that I get episcleritis usually with them too. I used to be an athlete, now I'm just a young 40 yo who feels 82.
That's what I've thought too and haven't had any luck. I do have Graves, but it went into remission and my numbers have been fine since and the antibody test came back neg ever since. I got diagnosed with MS one year because a neuro read the report of my mri without looking at the images. Saw a specialist who did a ton more and was like yea, you don't have ms. Everything is manageable, but it be really nice to have a functioning heart again.
You have arrhythmias and fasciculations. What other symptoms do you have when you have these flare-ups?

You sound like you have an undiagnosed autoimmune disorder. You should/need to see a rheumatologist.
