I'm really sorry to hear that. Those with autoimmune disorders (Graves' in your case) have a much higher percentage chance of having another autoimmune problem. If you already have Graves' though I would assume these problems now have to do with it. I actually would be almost certain the palpitations are, especially if you've had recent bad thyroid levels on blood work. Fasciculations could certainly be a result of the Graves' as well.
Appreciate all the input. I have had normal thyroid blood work for almost 2 years now. All my other tests from my pcp seem to say I'm fine, though I've had high potassium that no one will bother trying to explain and I know damn well that could do this too. All I care about is being here for my family. Docs keep saying all of this is benign, just wished I knew if that were true.
Last blood draw in August potassium was 5.2, sodium 143. Basically potassium tends to be between 4.5 and 5.5. I had an outlier at 6.1 once that sent me to the ED the next day. Tested in that setting it was 4.4. Discovered the Graves that day.
My sodium is usually around 138 to the higher end of normal.

How high is your potassium? And is your sodium low?
