She's saying it's ridiculous that they would ask her a question that she couldn't answer and kept asking for clarification.

Pretty sure she said "that egypt line is ridiculous" in regards to the pre-written line she gave in response to the question.

This is it. She was clearly reading that response from the paper. Her eyes only come up when she says "For anything else I would refer you to the egyptian government" which I'm sure to her HR-level-training ass felt like an Alec Baldwin in Glengarry Glenross level closer.
