It is quite strange. It's impossible that Dominion's lawyers never heard of discovery. I'd imagine all relevant data has already been scrubbed, perhaps even replaced by falsified data to make it more convincing. I hope Rudy already has enough data on his own, but who knows anything any more with this shit.
Treason? Remember the courts are cucked. You appeal up to SCOTUS which then throws out the case for lack of standing and done.
My guess is they will try and conflate what Rudy said and did with some of the crazier things others have said / done, even though he's not connected to them.
Were I Rudy, I would first try to get the location (and judge) of the trial changed. Shoot for Texas if possible. Anywhere where defamation cases are harder to get through.
This makes at least 2, maybe 3, cases Dominion has filed for 1.3 Billion. If I were the judge for any of those cases, I'd find it hard that the company lost 3.9 Billion because of the actions of 3 people who the MSM have been calling liars the whole time.
Yeah Rudy needs to stop talking to the media and talk to a real defamation lawyer, this can easily go very badly for him.
